1. Are N95 masks reusable?
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) states a respirator can be reused as
long as it “maintains its structural and functional integrity and the filter material is not physically
damaged or soiled.”


The World Health Organization (WHO) states: “masks are effective only when used in
combination with frequent hand-cleaning with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water”.


2.Want to return my Purchase, what do I do?
Unfortunately, due to safety and hygiene reason all of our products are non-returnable.
Please rest assured this measure does not affect your consumer Right. Due to the nature of
our product this measure it taken to protect product safety.


3.Change a wrong shipping address in an order
Address could be changed be logging in to your account. But if you make a purchase as
guest you can advise your address change by emailing – equeiries@hprevent.com
If shipping address is changed before dispatching, we could easily rectify the by delivering
the goods to the correct address.
If the order is already dispatched, we are unable to change the shipping address. However,
if the product is returned back to us in original condition, we will attempt to deliver to correct
address. But additional shipping cost will be charge to the customer.
Please be advised for first order shipping address can not be different from credit card
address.
 

4. Is it necessary for me to register an account in order to buy an item?
Yes, and this is made with your own convenience in mind. By creating (or using) an account
during the purchasing process you will have 3 things made so much easier for yourself:
- keeping track of your order's delivery status
- changing or cancelling the order
- using your previous purchase history to become eligible for a Loyal Customer's discount

5. How long to does it takes to receive my order
Normal delivery could take up to 3-5 working days.
Express delivery could reach you with 2-3 working days
International delivery depends on the destination

6. What payment method do you accept.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. In addition, we accept Paypal and Amazon pay.
For Wholesale sale order we also accept BACS payment.

7. Do you deliver internationally
Yes. We do international delivery.
Though delivery time and delivery cost will depend on the destination country.
